About the project

Fempowerment started with a blank Instagram page and an ambitious idea from its founder, Tania Khan: create a space where women’s stories, health, leadership, confidence, and personal growth could sit together without feeling like five different conversations.

There was no existing audience to inherit and no paid campaign pushing the page into people’s feeds. If Fempowerment was going to grow, the content had to earn the attention itself.

So we treated the page less like a feed and more like a publication. Around 80% of the content came from stories and conversations already gaining attention, carefully selected and adapted for the Fempowerment audience. The remaining 20% was created specifically for the brand. That mix gave us something important: relevance without becoming another repost page.

The design had to do the same job. Different subjects, faces, stories, and formats still needed to look like they came from one place. We built that recognition through bold headlines, consistent layouts, branded post designs, and reel covers that made the grid feel connected without making every post look identical.

And people stopped.

Without paid promotion, individual posts reached 11K to 29K organic impressions, taking Fempowerment well beyond the audience it started with.

What began as an empty Instagram grid became a growing women-focused content platform with its own visual language, editorial rhythm, and audience.

We didn’t buy the first wave of attention. The content earned it.
